** DISCOUNT ** We are pleased to offer a discount on the table rate based on your staying at the hotel.

There are none of those pesky resort fees that Florida is so famous for. The room rate is $159 per night (plus tax – but no ‘hidden fees’). And we are offering a discount on the table fee of $20 for each night you stay at the hotel (max $60) – which in effect brings the room rate to $139.

 Great parking rates!  $5/hr with a max of $20 for all day. Discounted overnight parking $36. Valet parking $50. 

 The venue has free wi-fi everywhere, including the ballroom, so you can run those credit card readers non-stop! 

 As for eats, we’ve got you covered! Each morning there will be ‘coffee and …’ in the foyer by the ballroom. And for lunch, food trucks will be set up right outside in the circle driveway, so you’ll have a tasty, convenient, and reasonably-priced lunch experience.

 The Friday Night Social event for vendors and traders will be great fun! Stay tuned for more details!

 Our resort-hotel is on the Intracoastal Waterway in the beautiful city of Fort Lauderdale, the “Venice of America”. To make it easy to enjoy the sights, we’ll be organizing group tours on Saturday evening for those of you who want to have a relaxing and fun experience on the water. There are so many options: from the famous “Jungle Queen” river boat cruise with full dinner and Polynesian Fire Dance show to the 6-person gondola tours for a small group where you can bring your own food and beverages. 

 If you extend your stay another night, you could enjoy a Sunday airboat excursion to the Everglades or a deep-sea fishing trip. And don’t forget the beach is just 2 miles away. 

When you reserve your hotel rooms, send us the confirmation number and number of nights you’ll be staying and we will adjust the invoice for your table accordingly.

Tables are 6’x30” and will have tablecloths. Additional cloths will be available for night covering.
